In the beautiful setting of the Castle of Santa Severa, the first Blue Innovation Lab was held, promoted by Regione Lazio and Lazio Innova.
The event, dedicated to the Blue Economy and the enhancement of maritime resources, brought together coastal and island municipalities, innovative companies, research centers, and universities to develop concrete, replicable, and sustainable solutions.
The lab involved the 24 coastal and island municipalities of Lazio, featuring eight working groups focused on the co-design of ideas and projects for ecological and digital transition within a circular economy framework.
During the event, the most innovative projects were awarded, and the Blue Ambassador Award 2025 was presented.
